We are based out in Montreal, QC, 1928 Aurelion Avenue. We ship most domestic packages through the USPS or UPS, and internationally via DHL or FedEx. The further you live from Arizona, the longer your package may take to arrive.
KWARTZ MERCHANDISE is closed on weekends, holidays, and other rare occasions. We may post a notice on our website if orders will take longer than usual to ship.
If you have an issue or concern about a delivery, please contact your local post office or courier.
Requests which require shipment of a physical item (including replacements and exchanges) may take up to a week to fulfill.

FAQ 1: What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached, and we cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items. We will issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and process your return.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible! Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, but shipping times may vary depending on your location and the items you ordered. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its progress.
